By Purchasing, you agree to the information stated below:
✔ All booths are First come first serve
✔ One vendor per booth (no sharing)
✔ Additional vendor tag $99 (includes lunch ticket)
✔ Name tags must be worn throughout the event
✔ Our show is ordering only no cash / carry.
✔ You can decorate the booth however you would like but cannot damage the walls.
✔ All furniture must be inside the booths without extending into the aisle or obstructing the view or path of other booths
✔ All booths must be staffed throughout the entire duration of the event
✔ Your company name will be added to all marketing materials upon receipt of deposit.
✔ Under no circumstances whatsoever including illness, bereavement, business crisis, or any other form of emergency will refunds be made for exhibit space.
✔ If there are any particular brands you are similar to that you would merchandise well with – please let us know. Management will review all requests.
✔ Racks, chairs, tables, tablecloths will be available for rent closer to the event
✔ Full refund will be issued to everyone when there is a place/event shut down due to covid safety measure reasons.
