Return & Refund Coverage: 

  • All items that are DEFECTIVE and/or DAMAGED at the time of shipping only
  • Wrong item
  • DO NOT FIT: we will only accept return and refund requests within the 7-day grace period from the date when item was received and customer shall shoulder the shipping fee. Item must be returned in original packaging.

How to request a return or a refund? 

  • In order to process your return please contact our Customer Service Team at info@two12fashion to obtain an RMA number. You can return your purchase for up to 7 days from date of receipt. 


  • Products must be in same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging. After we received the product, we will do the refund and/or an exchange.
